Insanity is NOT a contagen... (Part III)
'Hurrah' for being an only child...
Friend #3: Parents have two children for only a few reasons.
Me: Do tell.
Friend #3: One, the first is a canvas for all their mistakes. Second, the first child now written off as a test mule becomes a chauffeur for the second, better reared child.
Me: Pessimistic at all? Bitter, maybe?
Friend #3: No, its the sad truth. Soon the little bastard will be taller than me. Not only did he get better parenting he got better genes too. It was like my dad saved the good semen for when he know wtf he was doing.
Me: C'mon now, thats just silly.
Strangely enough, most of my friends with younger siblings generally suffer the same fate. Go fig.
